Hans Peter Schulte GmbH, located in Plettenberg, has been succesfully operating as a specialist for high precisionturned parts since 1964. Our professional and innovative production is mainly characterized by manufacturing of high precision turned components, pipe sections and washers which all belong to our area of expertise. Based on state-of-the-art manufacturing techniques combined with a total quality management (IATF 16949 – DIN EN ISO 9001) we are able to guarantee highest quality and shortest lead times for our customers.
This includes our whole assortment – ranging from CNC turned parts, spacers and bushings to bolts and ball studs. All precision turned components are offered at an excellent price-performance-ratio.

Products
Precision turned parts in small batches and large-scale production
Our state-of-the-art machinery with more than 42 lathes is designed for the production of small, medium and large series. All machinable metals with a diametre up to 65mm and total lenghts up to 800mm can be processed. Our especially developed CNC lathes enable us to produce CNC turned parts using up to five tools concurrently.
An opto-electronic high performance testing machine runs an automated 100% inspection for all mass-produced parts. You can always rely on the fact that all precision turned parts from our production are of highest quality – whether pipe sections, washers, spacers or bushings and bolts. More over that, our range includes also ball vaves and ball studs made of free-cutting steel, distance sleeves and cylindrical pins.

IATF 16949
Die IATF 16949 ist der Nachfolger der ISO/TS 16949. Sie wurde im Oktober 2016 veröffentlicht.
Ziel des Standards IATF 16949 ist es, die System- und Prozessqualität in Unternehmen der Automobilindustrie wirksam zu verbessern. Der kontinuierliche Verbesserungsprozess soll die Kundenzufriedenheit erhöhen, Fehler und Risiken im Produktionsprozess und der Lieferkette erkennen, ihre Ursachen beseitigen und getroffene Korrektur- und Vorbeugungsmaßnahmen auf ihre Wirksamkeit prüfen.
DIN EN ISO 9001
Mit der internationalen Norm EN ISO 9001 werden die Mindestanforderungen an ein Qualitätsmanagementsystem festgelegt. Die Normenreihe ist im Jahre 1987 entstanden und wurde bisher fünfmal aktualisiert. Aktuell ist zur Zeit die Ausgabe November 2015.
